• As an INELDA-trained End of Life Doula, I facilitate bespoke Life Review sessions for individuals, couples, and small groups. Our focus can be retrospective, pondering questions such as, “What kinds of impact has my life had on others?," and, "How will I want to be remembered?,” or it can be reflective, such as, ”How can I most live in the time that I have left?.” More often than not, they tend towards a mix of both.

  • I offer a warm, empathic ear, semi-structured starting points to help you get started, and gentle guidance to direct you to articulate the sources of meaning in your life. I hold space for you to ponder big and small questions, and help you decide what to do with what you uncover. For some, the exercise is valuable in and of itself!

  • The goal is up to you, but I can help you figure out what feels right for you. For some, life review culminates in a legacy project, where we work together to help them create something of meaning for those they leave behind. And for others, it helps inform their vigil plan, which is a plan for how they want to be honored during the last days and moments of their life.

  • For others, a life review is a first step in a journey towards living a more fulfilling life. While our relationship can end there, I have also been trained as a professional coach through CTI, and I am qualified to guide individuals through creating a more fulfilling personal or professional life, or more often, both. Some people choose Life Review conversations as an onramp into a formal coaching relationship.

Formats

  • Gather a group of up to 6 friends or family in your home for a private 3-hour session where I guide you through reflection, meaning-making, and next steps. Involves a 1 hour prep phone call, 1-3 hours of individual pre-work, 3 hours workshop time, and a 30 min debrief call.

  • A package of six 1-hour sessions where we meet over Zoom to work through the Life Review process. We’ll establish loose goals up front, but will leave enough room for the exploration to take shape organically.

  • Create something of meaning for those you will leave behind. Through our work together, you’ll discover a clearer sense of your values and priorities, and I’ll help you give shape to a legacy project that you’ll ultimately create on your own.

  • You may want to begin your journey towards living a more fulfilling life with a structured Life Review. In additional to my INELDA training, I am trained as a professional coach through CTI, and I am qualified to guide individuals through creating a more fulfilling personal or professional life, or more often, both. While Life Review can be a standalone exploration, some choose to use a Life Review as the kickoff to a more formal coaching relationship.
